Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@shopavenrains.com with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a free reprint or a full refund.
Wrong Size / Change of Mind
As our products are custom printed on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size choices or change of mind. Please check our size guides carefully before placing your order.
Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived and is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us and we will work with our supplier to resend your order or issue a refund.
